Claim filing
To the Editor,

I just received a letter notifing me that a company, Horizon Nevada Uranium Inc., is going to file a claim on my property in South Park Ranches. They state that this, with BLM approval, will allow them to enter my property, surface dig or tunnel dig, as they please. I'm assuming that they have sent this notice to other property owners in the area.

Is this allowed under Colorado and U.S. law?

Thanks,

Joe Benko, Glen Ivy, Calif.
